In order to ensure that a newly developed sealing system outperforms the solutions already in existence, the new product must often feature a combination of properties that were hitherto considered irreconcilable. The tools required for this purpose are designed, developed and produced in the company’s own tool construction facility.

Innovation in roll form

The automatic installation of door seals or edge protectors - the seal profile is supplied in roll form, unrolled, automatically cut to length and applied by an industrial robot.

SEAL MATIC® cuts personnel costs and enhances installation quality. The application unit can be used for various door and body shapes.

This innovation is already in serial production as a door seal.
